Clinical case of rare adrenal tumor – schwannoma

Background: Schwannoma (Sch) is a rare peripheral nerve sheath tumor comprised entirely of neoplastic Schwann cells. Adrenal Sch are extremely rare. Most adrenal Sch are incidental, and patients with Sch may not have any complaints.
